Step 1: Blend the milk, oatmeal, and peanut butter together first for about 30 seconds (I use my blender on the highest setting)

Step 2: Add in the 2 scoops of protein through the top of your blender as its mixing

Step 4: Pour in a cup and enjoy, or if you are in beast mode just chug it straight out of the blender!
