As you can see this protein shake is no joke, it is a protein-heavy shake designed to increase muscle growth and speed up recovery. If you are a hard gainer and having trouble putting on muscle and eating tons of food, drink one of these a day and not only will you have the energy to workout more intensely but you will, in turn, grow a bigger appetite.
Step 1: Blend the milk, oatmeal, and peanut butter together first for about 30 seconds (I use my blender on the highest setting)
Step 2: Add in the 2 scoops of protein through the top of your blender as its mixing
Step 3: Blend all of it for another 30 seconds
Step 4: Pour in a cup and enjoy, or if you are in beast mode just chug it straight out of the blender!
Optional: Put some honey in it, for some natural sugars.
That’s about it, this shake will add an extra 1200 calories to your bulking diet and will help you gain weight really quickly.
