MuscleTech TEST HD Overview
Put simply, MuscleTech TEST HD is a testosterone booster supplement and has been formulated with a range of natural ingredients that aim to help your T levels.
There are countless testosterone-enhancing products on the market made by manufacturers both big and small, and with so many bold claims being made it can be a real nightmare trying to sift through the nonsense to find something that works.
Zinc is an essential mineral that provides almost unrivaled hormonal support for men, so even if you decide not to use TEST HD you will definitely want to consider investing in a basic zinc supplement.
Perhaps where this product really stands out is in the rather unusual ingredient known as Shilajit Extract.
Shilajit is a highly obscure mineral sourced from mountainous regions such as the Himalayas.
To quote MuscleTech themselves: “This form of shilajit is now assured of optimal levels of bioactive components such as fulvic acid and dibenzo-pyrones, and is known as the patented PrimaVie®.”
What’s in MuscleTech TEST HD?
Rather than forcing you to spend money on multiple T-boosting supplements, TEST HD provides a bunch of different ingredients:
- Testosterone Boosting Matrix, containing:
- Tribulus Extract;
- Shilajit Extract;
- Boron Citrate;
- Broccoli Powder;
- Stinging Nettle Extract; and
- Velvet Bean Extract
The only thing worth nothing at this point is that the zinc dosage per day is 15mg, which could be a little higher for some.
We’ll touch on this in a little more detail below.
Taking TEST HD
As per the manufacturer’s recommendations, you are to one caplet of TEST HD twice per day.
The first caplet is to be taken first thing in the morning, and the second caplet mid-afternoon.
On your training days be sure to take the second caplet around 30 minutes prior to your workout as this should help to give you a little boost of focus and energy once you hit the iron.
Note: Speak with your doctor before taking this product and always follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the label.
Are There Any Precautions?
Do not take more than two capsules per day.
This product is not to be taken by people under 18 years of age, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should also avoid it.
If you experience any adverse side effects after taking TEST HD, be sure to consult your doctor immediately, and if you suffer from diabetes or any other existing medical conditions then you are also strongly advised to consult your doctor or physician prior to use.
Available Flavors and Serving Sizes
TEST HD comes in caplet form rather than as a powder so there are no flavors available.
Furthermore, this product is available in one serving size of 90 caplets, providing you with a six-week supply, approximately.
The quality of MuscleTech supplements in terms of manufacturing and overall purity is second to none, which is exactly what we should expect from such a reputable brand that has been in the industry for so long.
Is it Worth the Money?
Something that is important to mention with any supplement, be it to boost testosterone levels or for any other purpose, is that the best investment of your money that you can make is to ensure you are eating a quality diet.
Given that this is a MuscleTech supplement, it obviously isn’t going to be the cheapest available. Even so, sometimes needs must and if your performance in the gym has started to dwindle then this could something to consider adding to your regiment.
Is it worth the money? Yes, but make sure you really need it!
If you’re going to invest in a testosterone booster then you should definitely do your homework, so reading this article is a very good idea!
The inclusion of an obscure ingredient like Shilajit Extract with an elaborate back story doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re getting anything above and beyond what other similar (and often cheaper) supplements can offer.
