  • C8/C10 MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) Oil from 100% Organic Coconuts: This is the core ingredient in Performance Lab MCT. One serving contains 12.2 grams of this oil which are then subdivided into two separate types of fatty acids:
    • C8 – Caprylic Acid: This fatty acid is described as the most ketogenic medium-chain triglyceride, which also makes it the most expensive. It has potent antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
