There is evidence to support this claim. Creatine has a variety of positive effects on exercise performance. Creatine is the primary strength & performance enhancer in this product, but other ingredients may have benefits as well. L-citrulline may help to boost the effects of creatine, while reducing fatigue. Maritime pine bark extract may also play a role in exercise performance and nitric oxide production. More research is needed on some of these ingredients.
The manufacturer claims that this product can help enhance and extend physical endurance during exercise.
There is evidence to support this claim. Cordyceps, which is included in this product, is thought to increase the body’s production of ATP, a primary source of energy. Creatine, also included, can also help to produce more ATP energy and restore depleted ATP levels lost during exercise. Other included ingredients may have an effect on endurance, but these are the primary boosters.

There is limited evidence to support this claim. Pine bark extract can assist with vasodilation, potentially helping to increase blood flow and nitric oxide production. More research is needed for this claim.

Creatine – Creatine is a molecule that’s naturally produced in the body, and also found in some foods and supplements. It can significantly help with exercise performance by enhancing ATP energy production during training.
Himalayan pink salt – Himalayan pink salt may help to restore electrolytes lost during exercise, potentially improving hydration.
For Best Results
For best results, this product should be taken in combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise habits. Pre-workouts like this one may help to enhance energy and/or performance – but you still need to put in the work to actually see results.
Since this product contains creatine, you should drink plenty of water while using it. Creatine can draw water from the rest of your body into your muscles, which can contribute to dehydration.
Always use this product as directed, and do not take more than the recommended dose. Pre-workout supplements should usually be taken around 30-60 minutes before your workout begins. For extended workouts, some people choose to split the dose and take some half way through their exercise.
