Pre-workouts for women are on the rise and one of the trending ones we noticed is a pre-workout called Women’s Best.
Women’s Best is also a pre-workout powder with a 10 g serving size. It contains a lot of muscle pumping ingredients like Citrulline Malate and Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutaric Acid (which is pretty much a citrulline support ingredient) as well as beta-alanine and creatine for recovery and fatigue.
Women’s Best also has tyrosine for focus and mood and 50% more caffeine for energy.
Performance-wise, it would seem Women’s Best really did best Powher (pun very much intended), but a deeper look will regain our confidence in Powher once again.
Unlike Powher, Women’s Best actually felt the need to mention maltodextrin as part of their key ingredients. Maltodextrin is used as a filler and buffer and has no real performance benefits.
What we’re trying to say is, Women’s Best isn’t really the best.

Powher is first and foremost a pre-workout formula designed for women or generally people who find supplements catered to men too strong or have too much of an artificial feel to them.
