How and When Do I Take It?

Can I Still Drink Coffee With My Pre-Workout Meal?
This is going to be largely dependent on your existing caffeine consumption throughout the day and your personal tolerance levels.
Your best bet would probably be to leave out your pre-workout coffee while assessing your tolerance to Kill It because this will make for a more accurate assessment. This will net you around 125g of caffeine if you are using a half serving as recommended.

It is also a good idea to occasionally take a break from caffeine and other supplements, leaving a week or two for your tolerance levels to come back.
